Proverbs 29:18 says, Where there is no vision, the people are unrestrained. 2 And the Lord answered me, and said, Write the vision, and make it plain upon tables, that he may run that readeth it. Let a leader grasp a godly vision, and then watch God work. 2 I will stand upon my watch, and set me upon the tower, and will watch to see what he will say unto me, and what I shall answer when I am reproved. Looks like a clear win/win proposition to me. Proverbs 29:18a says, “Where there is no vision, the people perish.” It emphasizes how important vision is to an organization, family, or individual. Where there is no vision, the people perish but he that keepeth the law, happy is he. Leaders talk about their “vision” and where they want to go in the future. The new year is all about planning for the future and determining what is driving you personally and professionally.
